Hardeep Oberoi graduated with a Master’s degree in Orthopaedic Physiotherapy from LPU, India. She uses strong clinical reasoning to educate, assess, and manage patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions involving muscles, bones, joints, and nerves. By integrating IMS (dry needling) into her practice, Hardeep is able to diagnose and treat chronic myofascial pain—even when no clear signs of injury or inflammation are present.
Hardeep’s treatment approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and tailored to each patient. Her clinical techniques include pelvic floor physiotherapy, vestibular rehabilitation, shockwave therapy, IMS (dry needling), soft tissue manipulation, myofascial release, manual therapy, and spine and joint mobilization/manipulation. She also provides advanced assessment and correction of posture, movement patterns, and muscle imbalances that can contribute to chronic pain, workplace injuries, and sports-related issues.
Her areas of practice include treating headaches; neck, shoulder, and jaw dysfunction; lower back and pelvic disorders; hip, knee, and ankle injuries; as well as persistent or complex pain conditions. She has specialized training in pelvic floor physiotherapy, IMS, and vestibular rehabilitation.
Hardeep also offers comprehensive assessment, fitting, and adjustment of custom and off-the-shelf orthotics and braces. She uses these supports to improve alignment, reduce pain, enhance mobility, and assist patients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions.
