Bring photo identification, your insurance card, and any relevant medical reports or imaging. A doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist, however your insurer may ask for one for reimbursement.
What to wear:
- Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement
- Shorts for knee or hip concerns, a tank or loose top for shoulder or neck concerns
