At Aldergrove Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Centre, we want your first visit to be simple and stress free. Please arrive 10 minutes early for check in. Bring photo identification, your insurance card, and any relevant medical reports or imaging. A doctor’s referral is not required to see a physiotherapist, however your insurer may ask for one for reimbursement.
What to wear:
- Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement
- Shorts for knee or hip concerns, a tank or loose top for shoulder or neck concerns
What to expect at your first appointment:
- A one on one assessment with your clinician
- A clear explanation of findings and a personalized treatment plan
- Education on home exercises and activity guidance
